As someone who comes from a non-English speaking family, I understand the difficulties that come with trying to navigate in a foreign culture where language barriers are present. Growing up, I frequently had to act as an interpreter for my parents and family members during doctor’s appointments, parent-teacher conferences, and other important events. It was not always easy, and at times it felt frustrating that we could not communicate effectively. However, this experience made me realize the importance of interpretation agencies and the critical role they play in bridging the communication gap between non-English speakers and service providers.

Determined to help others facing similar challenges, I established KLS Interpreting, an interpreting agency aimed at providing high-quality interpretation services to non-English speakers. My goal is to help these individuals feel empowered and heard, regardless of the language they speak. With KLS Interpreting, I aim to break down language barriers and facilitate effective communication that can lead to improved access to critical services, a better quality of life, and stronger communities.
